About your host

We offer small group total body fitness classes—but with a twist. Our 60-minute classes are taught on a paddleboard on our floating fitness studios in Lady Bird Lake. Experience Austin from the view of the lake, on a paddle board, while getting in a unique workout, only in Austin, Texas.

What we’ll do

Paddle Conditioning A fun challenging 60 minute total body workout experience for all age groups & fitness levels. Our signature introductory class that focuses on getting you comfortable on the board, breakdown of stroke technique and activation of your core to enhance your paddle boarding experience. What else you should know

Please leave large items or valuables at home or in your car. We have a place for your shoes, keys, and phone, and that's it!

What to bring

Sunscreen
Hat (optional)
Sunglasses (optional, and leave at home if you don't want to lose them in the water)
Workout out clothes or swim suit. You will be barefoot on the board.
