What we’ll do

Upon arriving to the studio you will learn more about the ceramics process and witness a demonstration of both the art of hand-building and wheel throwing techniques on the potter’s wheel. I provide a safe space for guests to inquire and learn. I assist throughout the creative process and “mold” the class to fit your experience level and interests. What else you should know

Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy. Aprons will be provided. Long fingernails can interfere with wheel-throwing. For the sake of comfort, the ceiling is low in certain areas, tall folks may have to bend down here and there- it adds to the experience ;)

Where you'll be

The studio is nestled in the back of an artful house in the East Bay, overlooking a small garden. The workshop is located one block from Piedmont Ave.
