In the heart of Bangkok City, the cooking school is nestled in Bang Rak’s oldest fresh market, right next to the Shangri-La Hotel and BTS Skytrain. Menu: 5 Dishes as below: DISH 1 – PAD KRA PAO (MINCED CHICKEN STIR-FRY WITH HOLY BASIL) DISH 2 – GAI TOD (DEEP FRIED CHICKEN/STICKY RICE) DISH 3 – KHAI JIAO (THAI-STYLE OMELET) DISH 4 – SOM TAM (GREEN PAPAYA SALAD) DISH 5 – ITIM KHANOM PANG (THAI ICE CREAM SANDWICH) There is no need to remember all the exact details, as I’ll follow up with an email containing all the pictures I took, plus all the recipes so you can replicate your most favorite dish back home.

Where you'll be
We are located in the heart of Bangkok's oldest district, Bang Rak, which means "village of love." Here you will find Bangkok's Oldest fresh Market. A most Authentic Experience on its own. Also nearby you will find the BTS, Saphan Taksin Station, and the Central Pier from which you can easily take the boat to the Grand Palace and other places of interest including the Newly opened IconSiam supermall.

Bring your passport for insurance purposes. Our cooking stations are at international standard kitchen height of 85CM. This is not suitable for children under 140cm. They are however most welcome to join and look.
