Galparino Mine is the perfect place to discover local food and wine traditions, which are very important to understand the territory of the Upper Tiber Valley at 360°. A different experience, not the classic visit in the cellar but much more. Here, in fact, the production of Vino Santo is a family tradition, explained with passion and authenticity by our very young but super competent, guide. Lucia, Chiara's daughter, was very good and thorough, she guided us to the vineyard and in Vinsantaia, answering our countless questions enthusiastically. The tasting, accompanied by herbal cheeses and a beautiful view, was fantastic, as well as the holy wine, special and unique for the production that takes place in a totally natural way.
