This was a super fun hands on class. We enjoyed the walk to the fresh fish market and Fumiko's extensive knowledge of sushi making. She taught us about the history of sushi too! Nothing like this hands on class to give me confidence to make my own rolls. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Making sushi with Fumiko was so fun! She is calm and accurate and explains things in a way that makes sense and doesn’t feel stressful. I’ve always wanted to know how to make sushi for myself and this was the perfect first time. Definitely recommend!!!

This was a fun little adventure. Getting hands on making the sushi was fun, and being able to eat it afterward was fulfilling. The rolls were tasty and filling. Be careful about using the wasabi- a little goes a LONG way! I was full afterward and most people didn't even finish their three rolls and had leftovers. This gave me a better appreciation for the sushi that I eat when I go out since I understand the little techniques that the chefs use and the skill they have to make it look so easy.
