What you'll do

You are important to us. We want you to be part of our fit-community. I will meet you personally at the start of the workout. We will have a brief fit-consultation so we understand your needs. You will sign a participation waiver, which is legally required before we start. When we are all together, we will start moving into the park. You will be coached through warm up exercises on the move to ensure your body is ready to go to the next level. We will explore different areas of the park for each workout, but you will complete lunges, squats, pushups, cardio drills, and maximize the amazing natural obstacles in the park. We all start and finish the workout together at the same location. We recommend you bring a water bottle. We do not recommend you bring bags with you as we are on the move.

Welcome to BODIESYNERGY Fitness, I am the owner/founder and we are so excited that you are interested in working out with us in Prospect Park Brooklyn. With over 10 years experience we continue to offer the most amazing group fitness workouts exploring urban environments. Our group fitness workouts are on the move through 300+ acres of our spectacular public parks. We will encourage motivate and be connected with you every step of the way. You will never get lost in the crowd. All levels are welcome to join, no equipment is required.

Where you'll be

Prospect Park is 300+ acres of park land and natural bird migration lands in the heart of Brooklyn New York. Your workout will explore various areas of the park including waterfalls, hawk / bird sightings, stair cases into forested areas and historical landmarks.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Our Workouts are designed for every level of fitness however please know that we are on the move for 45 mins therefore if you currently have an injury or are concerned about being on the move please reach out…

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
