Sarah was so knowledgeable about chocolate. It was really extraordinary to be educated by someone who has been making chocolate for over 20 years. She learned by apprenticeship. It was amazing to hear her journey and learn about how chocolate is made and how to recognize GOOD QUALITY chocolate. The sipping chocolate we made was specific to the person, since we got to choose what herbs to add to it. If you’re unsure about herbs in sipping chocolate, don’t be. It enhances the taste (or is completely hidden by the strong taste of chocolate!) and adds extra health benefits. Amazing experience!
