What we’ll do

Re-connect with food. We'll begin by sampling a variety of fermented drinks, learning about the process of fermentation, the importance of probiotic foods and drinks in our diet for our wellbeing, and how to enhance them with different methods of infusion such as crystals and symbols. We'll then move on to making two types of fermented drinks, Kombucha and water Kefir. While we sip on a…

What I’ll provide

Snacks
Fermented veggies Samples of a few different fermented vegetables. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free friendly.
Drinks
Fermented drinks Kombucha and water kefir samples. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free friendly.
Equipment
Fermentation tools/manual You will be given the necessary tools to ferment you own vegetables and a mason jar to take home.
