Truly a one of a kind experience we’ll carry with us our whole lives. Hale is a living encyclopedia of not just bread, but also grain, chemistry, food history, and anything we could have hoped to learn. Not only that, she is a wonderfully kind person and a brilliant communicator. I never realized how much I could learn in a morning, and we all feel as if we’ve made a new best friend. The sense of community and locality was also something special. Each shop we visited on the bakery tour felt like something you would only here and now. Overall, it could not have been a better experience, and anyone who has the chance to learn with Adrian Hale is in for a perfect treat of an experience.
