I left the great city of Guadalajara to start a business of different classes and tours in San Miguel de Allende together with my brother. I studied gastronomy and hospitality so in addition to cooking I love meeting new people. I have worked in restaurants and hotels in various parts of Mexico. Since I finished my career I have taught cooking classes - here I discovered that teaching is something I enjoy a lot - to my friends, family and acquaintances. My taste in cooking began since I was a child, always helping my mother and aunts to cook.
