What you'll do

You will practice for 60 minutes and have drinks provided. The shala (yoga place) is fit for 2 person, mat and props are included (because of this covid19 situation, please kindly prepare your own). If you have injuries and limitation, please let me know in advance so I can prepare props needed. After session, hopefully you will feel more aware of yourself and refreshed.

I am RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Ashtanga and Hatha Classic, who will guide you in safe and comfortable way yoga session. I started my own practice in 2009, and teaching since 2014. Yoga practice has benefit myself and other students to heal back pain, improve for a better posture, less sore after extreme sports (such as running and mountain climbing), calming the mind, and better sleeping quality.
The practice is suitable for everyone and all ages. Props are provided according to your needs.
I will always remind students to be gentle with body and focus on their own breathing.
The session is usually held in my yoga shala at Lippo Karawaci (Tangerang), then drinks is provided afterward. I could also teach private, small-big group in your place.

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
