About your host

Yakko, the host is a bread lover and guide-interpreter. Shige’s been a licensed “bread teacher" for over 15 years. We try to eat bread when we travel abroad, but have yet to find anything we like better outside of Japan. Japanese bread is so unique, with such wide varieties. We'd like you to get a sense of this unique Japanese thing, which has developed independently from the original style.
