About your host

I run a health clinic and specialize in Gut health. I teach my clients how to heal the gut with fermented foods like kefir, kefir cheese, kefir soft drinks, saurkraut. I run workshops so my clients can make these products on a regular basis to reclaim their health and maintain it. What we’ll do

We start with a 30-minute slide presentation explaining how the foods we will be learning about heal a damage digestive system, and how other foods can harm the gut. This is followed by a hands-on workshop learning how to make kefir yogurts and cheeses, even a healthy kefir cheesecake which is also glutenfree. Where you'll be

We will be in our downstairs cooking class area at the front of the property. This area has been set aside for workshops and classes, with easy access to the bathroom area and an outdoor area with a marquee.

Guest requirements

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
