What you'll do

Come join me on this fun filled workshop where you will learn such hooping techniques that you have never ever heard or seen before. Each of these exercises strengthens different body muscles keeping you in the best shape, once you learn them from me you will be able to do it on your own. Here they are in their given order :-
Waist Hooping- Enjoy Swirling your hips to the rhythmic movement of the hoop. This will slim your waist.
Neck Hooping- Flexing your neck as the Hoop rotates around it like a centroid point.
Leg Hooping- Making the Hoop curl around your legs as you keep moving it with your quadriceps muscles. This will strengthen your quadriceps.
Smear- Learn how to make the hoop look like the Dancer's Ring just by using the firm grip of your fingers.
Escalator- Get the hoop moving all the way up to your hands begining from a single foot, using the strength of your shoulder muscles.
Bubble hooping- Criss Cross the hoop around your body like a moving bubble.
The hoop break battle- How to break and paddle the hoop on your waist.
Creating Combos- Finally its the time for the big one, here we will make use of all the techniques learned and make it fit into a tune.It's really exciting to see how your Hooping techniques match and groove with the rhythmic tunes.
And then some extra time for revision, reflection and feedback.

Little did I know back then, that so much could be done with the circular piece of plastic and this is what I chose to do for a living. I pushed it off as a hobby for most of my life. While exploring my career options as a Bsc IT graduate, I kept getting reintroduced to a hoop at different points during my journey each time with more perspective. Coming across Deanne love's tutorials have been a turning point in my hoop journey as this gave me the opportunity to learn new Hooping techniques.
