What you'll do
We will meet at the trailhead, and begin our trek into the woods and up the mountain. We will take as much time as we need to reach the summit, absorbing all of the sounds, sights and smells the White Mountain National Forest has to offer. When we reach the top, we will take some moments to become fully present, before grounding ourselves through a 45 minute yoga practice. All levels of yoga experience welcomed- our session can be tailored to your ability and needs.

I am happiest when in the mountains- whether it be hiking up one, snowboarding down one, or hanging my hammock in the valley of one. I am very passionate about the healing powers that can be found by submersing ourselves into the natural world. I am equally as passionate about Iyengar Yoga and healing the body through movement. I have combined the two to provide you with a peaceful and unique experience.
Where you'll be
We will start off walking along the Zealand River, and make our way to the Middle Sugaroaf summit which usually takes about one hour. It is a 1.5 mile hike, with a steady incline most of the way.

Everything was exceptional. This was one of the best experiences for me that I have had in recent memory. I felt safe and guided in a nature's wonderment of an area. It was a beautiful time of year, and we still went up despite the drizzle, which was just fine for us! That made it even more stunning with the light and color changes than it would have been otherwise, and Meghan adapted our experience for what we wanted and for the outside conditions. Meghan is a gem.....so very kind and calming and gentle and experienced in her yoga field. But also humble and knowledgable, and my friend and I truly connected or resonated with a lot that we talked about together. I loved this experience with all my heart and brought my good camera to take a lot of photos that I cannot wait to process. This will be a go-to thought bubble in my head when I need peaceful, beautiful thoughts or images.

Meghan's tour was the highlight of our entire trip. The hike was fantastic, a perfect level of difficulty with stunning views at the top. The yoga was rejuvenating and helped us connect with our surroundings. And most importantly, Meghan was a gem - kind, funny, insightful, and an excellent guide. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for some exercise, a breath of fresh air, or just good company!
