What you'll do

Leaving from Giudecca, in the very heart of Venice, we will be navigating the placid waters of the North Lagoon, hopping through the vivid and suggestive islands of Burano, Torcello, Mazzorbo and Sant'Erasmo, and back to Venice.

The trip will last 3-4 hours with a few daily slots starting late morning until sunset.

We will provide a traditional fish based lunch on board and/or drinks and tapas (prosecco & venetian cicchetti) for the happy hour !!!

For your safety this experience is SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS: in case of rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, fog or exceptionally low tides (that would make it risky to navigate in the lagoon) we reserve to cancel the trip, granting a 100% refund

Restless traveller, hospitality professional and part-time living in Venice, I take every spare minute to jump onboard and sail off from Giudecca!
I live the city after hours, off-season and now off-shore: exploring the lagoon from the unique perspective of "Sail Fish" a beautiful, classy wooden yacht crafted in 1961 with a charming timeless design.

For the last 6 years I've been navigating all around Italy with her, Croatia, Istria and the Northern Adriatic shores from Chioggia to Trieste and of course Venice and its Lagoon, where Sail Fish is actually based.

I will bring together my passion for life at sea, hospitality and local food, with the hope to share with you an unforgettable experience - besides a few great bottles of Prosecco !

Where you'll be

Starting in the late morning, we will sail off towards Burano, Mazzorbo and Torcello: history, tradition and nature with colorful fisherman's houses, Byzantine mosaics, and fine vineyards. We will ride back passing through Sant'Erasmo - the "kitchen garden" of Venice, famous for its artichoke fields - then a panoramic happy hour cruise back along the northern bank of Venice and back to Giudecca.
