What you'll do

Pilates would include a warm up of 10 minutes, then depending on your preferences we will have a main component a various exercises based on the Pilates method to help develop strength in the targeted areas. It will be safe and efficient. 10 minutes of stretch and relaxation will follow to leave you chilled and ready for the rest of the day.
HIIT will involve a 10 mins warm up (running in the park or at home easy pace cardio based exercises). It will then follow a 20 mins of high or low impacts exercises (depending on your conditions) combined with body weight exercises. Interval training is helping getting your heart in shape by boosting it’s cardiovascular system whilst toning up your body.
A 10 minutes cool down is necessary in order to relax the muscles and bring the heart rate down.

I am offering Pilates sessions to help better posture, strengthen back muscles, toning core and thighs. Help through deep stretches as well as meditation. Alternatively for the ones who prefer a more intense approach, I can deliver a high intensity training in the Park next to the house or indoor, involving cardio and strength.
I ve been in the fitness industry for 6 years and my style of teaching offers a wide range of exercises adapted to every levels, addressing injuries and/or post natal conditions.

The experience will be either hosted in the flat or in the Park near by which is located no more than 5 mins away.
