My husband Zac and I have been looking after 4 lovely alpacas for years and now a little baby goat, older (needy) goat, friendly pig and 2 ponies on our farm in Robertson. Dylan who is a local farmer, helps us look after the animals and can share his knowledge and experiences with you. Feel free to pat the animals, feed them and give them a cuddle! They’ll be your best friend if you bring some fruit, veg and bread!

This was a lot of fun. I love alpacas so it was great to get close and feed them. The goats and ponies and pig were an added bonus. And Carmen was a great host, it was a great way to spend a morning.

Great experience. Located near beautiful towns and areas. Animals are in small number but very friendly and well looked after. We had a wonderful time & our host was very friendly and kind in providing extra food and feeding time as we arrived late. Wear boots or waterproof footwear cause it can get muddy. Highly recommended!!

We had a really nice time at Carmen's farm! The alpacas were friendly and they ate right out of our hands. Such a lovely spot and a truly enjoyable experience..

Absolutely incredible experience! We started with the alpacas, who were very excited for the hay, and ate straight out of our hands several times. They all had their own personalities, but Clyde was our favourite. Then, we moved on to the goats, pig, and ponies. Mabel the pony was very sweet but shy, but the rest of them were coming straight up to us for the food. Carrots, apples, and bread (the goats and pig loved the bread!) are definitely worth bringing. Overall, Carmen and her husband are great hosts and my partner and I will definitely be returning here!
