What you'll do

You will explore this unique ancient city and its culture along Ganga Ghat and in narrow streets. You will see main Ganga Ghats, local market in old city alleys, ancient temples along Ganga Ghat and Vishwanath Corridor area, and the most sacred cremation site for Hinduism followers - Manikarnika Ghat.
Ghats in Varanasi / Banaras are riverfront steps leading to the banks of the River Ganges. Life along the Ganga Ghats is itself an unique experience. The market in old city alleys will define the complete culture of this city. You can enjoy local street food items too. In Vishwanath Corridor area, you will see 100's of ancient temples including Shri Kashi Viswanath Temple and Nepali Temple (Mini Khajuraho). You will see an observatory - Jantar Mantar at Maan Mandir Ghat. Alamgir Mosque at Panchganga Ghat, leaning temple at Manikarnika Ghat, are the important stops in this walking tour.
You will get brief description of Hindu religion, concept of moksha and Hindu way of life in this city. Temples of different dieties related to Hindu religion, we will see along Ganga Ghat.

Where you'll be

You will visit the most sacred cremation site for Hinduism followers - Manikarnika Ghat, the river fronts (ghats), alongside the river Ganga in Banaras. You will visit Vishwanath Corridor area - ancient temples like Nepali Temple. Visit also Dashaswamedh Ghat, Rajendra Prasad Ghat, Maan Mandir Ghat and main old city market in narrow alleys. Life along Ganga Ghat in narrow alleys will give you glimpse of the real culture of this city.
