Meet your host, Edina

Host on Airbnb since 2019
  • Identity verified
Ed’s passion about fermenting has sprouted in her childhood, when she was sitting on top of her grandma’s cabbage pile and chewing away the leaves as the caterpillar would do. Now thriving to provide nutritious foods for the family and friends, she would like to share her passion for baking - especially one of our biggest staples, the bread! Not just any bread, but the good ol’ Sourdough!

Where you'll be

We have recently moved out to a farm between Mt Vincent and Quorrobolong, about an hour from Newcastle and two hours feom Sydney. The workshop is held in my kitchen as to demonstrate bread baking can be done at home, easy-peasy! :)
