What you'll do

I will start with a basic explanation about meditation.
First we exercise how to breathe right. After that, I will guide you through a meditation so that we have the same energy.
Then I will be able to do a healing for those who are ready to receive it.
Finally we will try to walk on the slackline before we enjoy our breakfast together.

Where you'll be

The experience will be in the Park Eduardo VII it's a nice place to start the day. Very big and nice energy.

Really nice experience and vibe! Was really funny to try it out and also get a guided meditation! I never thought about the connection between slacklining and meditation but it's true! Estefania has a great energy and is really nice and funny. Highly recommended :)

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID
