I've been very enthusiastic about cooking ever since I was in junior high school. When I was 18, I entered one of the most prestigious culinary schools in Australia to learn how to cook Western cuisine. After I came back to Japan, I worked at a French bistro, a ramen bar and a Japanese Izakaya and enhanced my knowledge about cooking.
I've recently finished a Japanese home-cooking instructor course to teach how to make delicious local dishes from my dearest home Hokkaido.
Japanese dishes like sushi, tempura and ramen are very well-known and popular in a lot of countries around the world, but what you will learn in my class is the food that I've been eating at home since I was a child.

Where you'll be

The class is taught at my home, which is around 12 minutes on foot from JR Tokaichiba Station in Midori-ward Yokohama. To get to my house, you can either walk or I can pick you up at the station. The ward is full of nature and holds nature parks and a famous zoo called Zoorasia. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Midori ward would be a good place to resort on.
