What you'll do

Are you ready for adventure? We will visit two places full of culture and magic, starting with the Chocostory Museum, where we will know the importance that cocoa had for the Mayan, in a timeline that goes from the fruit to the chocolate today. After being impregnated with the Mayan culture, walk in a botanical garden full of tropical vegetation and delight a drink of pure cocoa, we will move to Uxmal (in front) one of the most important Mayan cities in the region and of an unprecedented beauty. We will know its history, we will take photographs with the evening light to finally witness a light and sound show. The sound it’s in Spanish but we will enjoy the light show, the stars and the piramids. You rarely have the opportunity to be in some Mayan ruins at night!

This experience allows you to visit two important sites in one afternoon without the need to occupy the whole day on a tour.

Bring cash to pay tickets.

The chocolate factory and the surrounding areas were the stars. The light and sound show is so-so and seems repetitive, if one does not speak Spanish. Miguel Angel was great.

Wonderful experience! The chocolate museum is more than you would guess... I will not spoil it here, but will say that there is a very fun and interactive element to it.😉🐒🐆 Uxmal at night was beautiful! It's a little over four times the cost to go during the day (433 pesos) whereas at night it's only 103 pesos. The light show was beautiful and it was a unique experience to be at ruins in the dark! If you're a history lover that would prefer lots of time to explore the ruins and perhaps climb one of them, take a daytime tour as this is not what you will get at night. Miguel is a great host, very easy going and chill.😊

This was a great experience. We have seen many ruins from all over the world but experiencing them at night was an unbelievable experience. The chocolate museum was amazing. It was interesting to see where chocolate came from and where it is now.

Miguel speaks excellent English and knows a ton about the museum and about Uxmal. He communicated with us extensively before the event, met us on time, and dropped us off at our house.

Él no dijo nada.
