Over the last 15 years, I have been learning and refining my skills as a home chef. I have distilled techniques down to their essence. My philosophy as a chef is the simplicity and purity of flavor of the hero ingredient.

Cooking great food and plating it like a pro chef can be accessible to home chefs and not require super specialized tools and skills to achieve. See what I have created ( and join me to learn the tips and tricks that I have accumulated over the years.

Where you'll be

We will visit specific farmers and vendors at the Union Square farmers' market and optionally other specialty stores (like Eataly, Citarella, etc.) to find ingredients. Then we prep and cook in a home kitchen. The plating and photography will also be done using natural and available light. No studio or special lighting needed.
