What you'll do

March Menu:
- Egg based linguine pasta (can do vegan or GF if notified beforehand)
- Sauteed Chicken OR Veggies (Vegan)
- Scampi sauce (can make dairy free or vegan alternative)
- Pesto Sauce.

From the moment you arrive at the professional commissary kitchen you will know you're here to learn. This experience is geared toward guests who are passionate about cooking and/or want to learn how to cook. Once arrived you will be greeted by Chef Bri, as fun and friendly music plays in the background she will have a short introduction of the menu for the class, then you will be given aprons and asked to wash your hands. We will complete the meal with easy guiding by Chef Bria and once the meal is complete we will all sit down to eat together with a nice glass of wine (21+) or sparking Juice (under 21). We will reflect on what we loved about the class, what we learned, and any challenges. Leftovers (if any) will be distributed equally. This will be a fun experience to learn some new tips and tricks for cooking at home.

Please note due to venue and supply costs we require at least four (4) total guests to host this experience. If we do not meet 4 guests we may have to cancel or reschedule and we will try our best to give a 2-4 day notice for any reschedules or cancellations. If you are coming from out of town please let us know at booking and we will try our best to accommodate.

I have always had a passion for cooking. As a self taught chef since 2010, I have a passion for learning and teaching. I show clients how to make an amazing meal even with simple ingredients. With my company Bria's Italian Fusion LLC one of our main services is recipe building. This is an expanding market of showing home cooks how to utilize their pantries and fridges to create something out of almost nothing. I grew up having to learn how to cook my own because I was tired of microwaved meals. From there I followed that passion to Culinary school in 2013 and in local restaurants. Since then I have held small (6-8 people) cooking classes showing my students how they too can learn to cook for themselves. I want to bring this experience to more groups of people because I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn something new.
