What you'll do

I offer a variety of guided nature hikes in and around the Hill Country. Most hikes will take about an hour and are designed to introduce you to the flora, fauna, and natural environment of the Hill Country. I also hope to introduce you to a new trail, natural space, park, or waterway in our area!
I specialize in flora and wild edible plants, but I also have extensive knowledge about the natural environment and will cover some natural history. We will typically meet in a public park and walk along manicured trails. However, we will be outdoors so I recommend all the necessary things to make you comfortable in all types of weather: hiking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, bug spray, water to drink, and anything else that you might need. Young kids and babies in carriers are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult!
