What we’ll do

In this fun class, you will learn how to master three types of popular Japanese bakery breads: an pan man (filled with sweet red bean paste called "anko"), cream pan (filled with custard), and curry pan (filled with curry). You will make your own dough by hand, which you can take home to make extra bread. In addition, you will learn how to mix and proof. Together, we will fill, bake, and decorate…

What else you should know

If you would like to take pictures—or bring your own type of filling—please feel free. You can tag me @kaoriskitchen if you like. Please bring a box to bring home your bread.
