What you'll do

Your private class will include Welcome and Introductions, an overview of Kripalu Yoga, Centering and Breathing, Warm up, Standing Poses, Balance improvement, Cool down and a guided meditation followed by 5 minutes of quiet time

I am very passionate about sharing yoga with my community. My personal practice started 20 years ago, and I was certified at Kripalu in 2011. Since then I have taught everything from gentle, beginner yoga to yoga for athletes. Your experience will be tailored to you and will include a 15 minute guided meditation at the close of the class.

Where you'll be

We will use the convenient and beautiful Chatham Recreation Center in The Villages. This space is calming and restful.

Things to know

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 6 guests ages 13 and up can attend.
