What you'll do

After exploring the beautiful sights of Sao Paulo, why not enjoy and taste wines and join our challenge: Brazilian vs international wines, who's who?

For this experience, we will meet in a beautiful wine house, near the Iguatemi Mall and the Museu da Casa Brasileira. Easily accessible by car, public transportation or scooter / bike.

During 2h, participants will taste 4 wines, 2 national and 2 international, including sparkling, white and/or red. The idea is to notice the differences between styles and to identify which ones you like best.
Can you find out which one is which?

What we really want with this experience - a part from having lots of fun - is to break paradigms and overturn the idea that Brazilian wine is bad! Participants will find, in practice, that Brazil has a lot of good wine to offer! :)

The tasting will be accompanied by snacks such as bread, cheese, cold cuts and dried fruits (lunch or dinner is not served in this experience).

Each participant will have a BRL 50 cashback for on-site wine purchases! Wow!

The experience is super practical and counts with the active participation of all!

Open your mind and come taste - and approve - Brazilian wines!

The experience is for over 18 years old only.

My name is Claudia and I can say that my passion for wine moved from hobby to business!

I graduated as a professional sommelier in 2015, started a 2nd degree in Enology and today I have a master's degree in winemaking and wine tourism innovation from Universitat Rovira i Virgili. I also hold WSET level 3 certification.

Born in São Paulo, I lived in Bento Gonçalves, then in Tarragona, Bordeaux, Oporto and Rivera (Uruguay), and visited more than 10 countries, always following the wine.

In Brazil and abroad I had worked in wineries, produced some wine, conducted many tastings, worked in wine stores, trained teams, among other activities.

Today, as founder of Claudia Melo Wines, I aim to promote and disseminate the wine culture in Brazil.

So, are you ready to learn more about Brazilian wines?!
