What you'll do

You will have a unique encounter with cetaceans (dolphins and whales), their biology and ecology; in an exclusive tour of max 10 passengers during 2,5 hours. We will navigate searching for these incredible animals to observe them and to study them. You will have the chance to participate in a field survey to collect data for research matters. Not only will you observe them but also listen to them through our hydrophone and understand their behavior with my explanations. The tour has an educational and conservational approach, so we will never enter the water, there will be no physical contact with the animals and we will not get closer than 60 meters from them.

Misael was a great guide and we really enjoyed the tour and the approach to see, explore and understand the marine ecosystem. Our expectations were to see a blue whale (or at least 10-meters ones) and instead we saw a multiple pilot whales, which are small, only a little larger then dolphins. During the tour we found out that it is nearly impossible to see bigger whales in October in that region, so shame on us! If you’re ok with that I totally recommend going with Misael!

It was just an amazing experience to see the whales! We really enjoyed it. Misael have a deep respect to sea wildlife animals! He is sharing this knowledges how to observe an animals without disturbing them. We were quite lucky to see a small Pilot Whale who was quite interested in our presence and wanted to play. Also during this experience Misael making a notes (as a part of scientific reporting ) which helps to quantify different species and the animals interactions in this specific territory. Totally recommend this experience with Misael!
