What you'll do
i am offering walks in the Vale of Glamorgan of between 1 and 2 hours. During this time we will practice mindfulness and guided meditation and discuss techniques and strategies that you can incorporate into everyday life to help cope with stress, worry and distress. at the end of the walk you will have some information and developing skills to aid your mental wellbeing.
