I am a founder of Lavender Catering ,a medium size food company focusing in outside catering, fine dining experience where we host guests for dining experiencentre at our home,we teach cooking classes for adults and children. I've lived in America for over a decade, studied hotel management in Switzerland, travelled through Europe, Asia and Africa.

I am an expert in Swahili Food and a great Cook of international cuisine. Born and raised in Dar es salaam, and partly Kilimanjaro where my parents were born. I grew up witnessing my grand mother and my mother running restaurants serving excellent Swahili Food. I learnt 'first hand' how to cook from these great Ladies and also from my own personal learning.

I would love to welcome you to my home , share recipes that were passed down to me and enjoy a great meal after.
