What you'll do
Get your phones ready for some pretty cocktails! We will begin with a refreshing citrus-forward gin cocktail, then move into a classic Margarita featuring my own Salty Paloma cocktail rimmer, and finish with an amaretto sour. We'll be using local spirits so you'll get a chance to learn about local distilleries and businesses in the Toronto West End.
To see more pictures of the workshop, go to @saltypaloma on Instagram. Visit saltypaloma.com for recipes and updates! Born and raised in Toronto, I’m a seasoned cocktail bartender that has trained and worked at some of the top cocktail bars in the city. I’m also the founder of Salty Paloma, the only female-owned and operated business in the city that offers mixology classes and cocktail activations for special events. I also make my own custom cocktail salts and sugars that are all natural and hand-crafted that you'll get to try first-hand in our exclusive cocktail recipes. Our products are also made out of wasted garnishes so that we can keep a sustainable bar. Not only will I up your Instagram game by creating fancy cocktails, I'll introduce you to various local spirits and juices that we partner with for a truly local experience!
