What you'll do

1h on the boat:
After a brief introduction of the group, Belgiumbeerdays starts to hunt down your beer interest so we can start with picking the right beer question. A volunteer will set the bar to start this interactive beer questionnaire. Trappist-, Lambic- or triple related, it will all be part of the game. You may forget about the beautiful view because of the commitment, but no worries: we’ ll also drag the environment into our stories.
When we notice empty tasting glasses, we are ready to surprise you the next degustation. This time, a completely different style as we want you to discover a wide range of Belgian beers. While sipping this local delicacy, we continue our dialogue about some exclusive, young beers with an international success, or rather about that re-discovered recipe of the medieval ages?

45min in the bar:
After a couple of tasting, it's time to move to our bar.
Here we continue our beer game with a last local taster. Answering all your questions is what makes us feel satisfied. The time that rests us together, Belgiumbeerdays will figure out if this satisfied feeling is there from both sides. Only then, the guide will be willing to leave you.
Other things to note
This price is for a group: Be ready to try some new beers, listen to a lot of beer stories and dare to participate in the beer questionnaires

My name is Lot, I am from Bruges and I studied in Ghent (a city as beautiful as Bruges). I now live in Brussels.
In 2014, I launched one of Ghent’s first craft beers called Crabbelaer, which quickly grew in popularity as a much loved brew on the Belgian beer scene.
In a traditionally male industry, I am one of the few women with deep knowledge about the amazing world of Belgian beer. I love to share my passion with the public more than just bar and restaurant businesses.
In a fun and entertaining way, there's nothing I love more than talking about the city, our culture and history of Belgian beers, so much so that it's my full-time life's work! Join me and together let's discover your favourite Belgian beer!
Come at the start of your trip and I'll share all the insider tips on what to see and do in Brussels, Bruges, Ghent and beyond.
