What you'll do

We will have a workout class that will last anywhere from 30 minutes. It is a high intensity interval training class but do not be intimidated by the name. All it means is we will have multiple stations and your heart will be pumping giving you a great workout. You will push yourself and it is all about moving. It is great from beginner and advanced athletes. Remember you are competing against yourself only and not others

I am passionate about fitness and Crossfit. I personally have ran marathons, competed in local Crossfit box competitions and enjoy working out daily with High Intensity Interval Training. I would love to share with you some of the passion I have for fitness and talk about working out. I was trained by a coach at UCLA and then learned first hand from him how to teach fitness to friends and family. I was a high intensity coach back in 2014 and then moved to San Diego. Now I do private training sessions with my friends and really enjoy seeing their progress and reach their goals.

Where you'll be

We will be working out in my home garage with awesome equipment like the assault airrunner, assault bike, concept 2 rower, pullup bar, squat rack, dumbbells, kettlebells and more.

Things to know

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Guest requirements

Up to 4 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
