The meeting point was a metro station that was easily accessible. From there, we then drove by car to Domenico's farm. Even the guided tour of the impressive garden was wonderful, and we were given delicious wine, focaccia, and samples from the garden. Afterwards, we moved on to mozzarella making. Domenico gave us great explanations, and we were allowed to shape the mozzarella ourselves and, of course, taste it fresh. Afterward, we had a meal together in the rustic kitchen. The food was delicious and there was a lot of it! In addition, Domenico created an atmosphere where everyone got to talk, so we had a great, sociable, and international evening.
It really was a unique experience that we will certainly remember for a long time!😊
