This 1-bedroom, 775 sq ft apartment is close to downtown, UNC, and major roadways, but it also has a quiet wooded view. Guests have their own entrance down a landscaped path, a kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, hot-water kettle, french press with freshly ground coffee). We provide an array of hot and cold cereals, coffee and teas. The full bathroom has a shower/tub. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the sofa bed in the living room is a double that sleeps another two. We provide a permit for on-street parking for one car. The whole house is pet and smoke free.
We live in a quiet subdivision, within walking distance to UNC and Chapel Hill's downtown. Walk to Franklin street, Root Cellar or Fly Leaf Books. Take a stroll on the newly extended Bolton Creek trail. A five-minute drive to Carrboro.

If you are an outdoor enthusiast, there are beautiful hiking trails, water adventures on the Haw River and Jordan Lake, and wonderful bicycling opportunities. It is truly a gem.
