3bedrooms. 1 super king bed, 1 double bed and one has a single bed. 2 living rooms with a 75inch and 65 inch tv. Sky and Netflix. My house is immaculate and this is how I expect it to be. I will be dropping in to my house to get access to my garage from time so will check that guests aren’t throwing parties etc; but I would always give you notice of this. Everyone says I’m charging too little and that my house is a gem! Nowhere else like this on here! In the nicest part of town.
Whole house bar garage. You may also use the garden. But you MUST NOT use the hot tub. I’m not having my kids sitting in some one else’s pee! I will always have access to my garage and if I see that the hot tub has been used I’ll ask you to leave. I’ve had my first bad experience on here so I’m cautious!. Most people are nice and respectful. House has two living rooms. Big TVs and a PS4. Kitchen has a heated slate floor. This house is my home. I just spend more and more time at my girlfriends. All previous guests have told be I’m charging far too little for my house but I’m not in this for money. I’m a practising barrister looking to enjoy giving nice people a few nights of luxury at a snippet of the price others would charge. Call it cognitive therapy for me! I work in criminal law, see bad people all the time which gets me down after 15 years, and so I’m really enjoying seeing people happy who arrive at my house and who are nice decent people. I’m really enjoying it. All I ask... no parties, shoes off, bedroom 2 and 3... my kids beds... please respect that if you get my drift. Hopefully I’ll attract nice people and I seem to have done so, so far. I know I’m being strict with the hot tub but unfortunately not only takes one to think it’s funny to pee in it, put fairy liquid in it, or even worse, for me to get it wrong and give someone chlorine burns!! So just not worth the litigation risk.
My house is situated in the Old West End of Darlington so it’s regarded as being one of the nicer places. Only a Mile from the town centre.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious, light and peaceful. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for short or long stay. We provide a few basics to get you started . The bathroom has bath and shower. We provide wi-fi and there is a 43 inch smart TV in the living room. There is a parking space assigned to this apartment.
We have been welcoming guests to our apartments since 2007. The reason we set up the apartments was our struggle staying in hotels with a growing family and travelling with work a lot and the restrictive space a hotel room offers. We aim to offer a home from Home experience and believe we have thought of everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Simple, relaxing and well-equipped. We are ideally located in the prestigious west end of Darlington but only 5 minutes walk from the centre and local restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets . The theatre and station are both within easy walking distance as are local parks and leisure facilities. The A1 and A66 are minutes drive away.
The neighborhood is a quiet space but close to the vibrant centre if Darlington. Overall a great location.

Walking to the train station for the main east coast line takes about 15 mins. Street parking is free and the area is very safe and secure.
We have made a modern town house into our home with many treasures gathered from our travels around the world. Our small rear garden is nice for outside dining - especially breakfasts or an evening glass of wine - in good weather. We love to laugh and look forward to sharing our home with you.
Our home is on a small modern estate only minutes from the town centre. Crime is rare and you will find a friendly northern welcome if you meet any of our neighbours as you arrive and leave.
