Sit and chill in the spool – a small, spa-sized pool with jets – attached to this luxurious, Spanish-style house. Featuring an indoor-outdoors concept, folding walls and glass walls push back to bring the outdoors in from the living room or kitchen.
What we love most about our home is who we share it with.
Our home is located in the PROVENCE gated community, a small intimate and safe community in Glendale, Arizona. Once inside the gate our home is located on a corner lot. We are close to the gate for quick access in and out of the community. Our home is ideal for guests who want fun, entertainment, and shopping close by. University of Phoenix Cardinal Stadium, Gila River Arena, Desert Diamond Casino, Tanger Outlet shopping, AMC Theatre, and both family and upscale dining are within one mile. This is a fun house and perfect for casual get together for up to 8 people; however, it is not a party house and parties should be planned for Westgate Entertainment Center.
This 3 bedroom, 1900+ sq.ft. home has an indoor outdoor floor plan. The first floor living room has a large sectional, Roku TV, and a view of the patio. The North wall folds back to bring the outdoor inside. The dining room table seats 6 plus three at the breakfast bar. A two piece half bath provides close access from the SPOOL (a small sized spa pool with jets holds approx. 12). The east wall in the kitchen folds back open to the patio. Whether you're in the kitchen or in the living room, you can still be part of the action. The two glass walls push back to bring the outdoors inside and keep you connected to the fun while cooking in the kitchen or relaxing on the couch. Ceiling fans throughout the home help to keep you cool. Most can be turned on at the light switch while some have remotes. Free WIFI is provided along with other amenities.
