The Unit is located in the south of Downtown (Young Street, Parkside). The community has very greaceful surrounding and beautiful plants, clean area, social harmony and satisfied public security. There is public living room with dining table, chairs, sofa, air conditioner, and so on. There are shared toilet, bathroom and laundry room. The homeowner provides open kitchen with free cooking oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and seasonings. You can buy the original material of food and cook what you like. If you do not want to taste homeowner’s culinary skill, you should pay the homeowner and dine together with the host. It is idea place to live here.
  • I would like to thank Dylan and his father for being a great host, they helped me in picking my luggage from the Airport. The house is in nice and quite locality and well connected to public transport. Overall my experience was pleasant and both Dylan and his father are very nice people! Dylan was proactive and offered his help at several occasions, also he's very quick in responding to text messages and makes you feel comfortable. Price of the room is very reasonable given the location! I would highly recommend this room if you're on budget and want to live close to the CBD!

Suburb itself is amazing, whit it's shopping center, coffee shops, restaurants all close to George's place. And the best part is that you get to stay in this upscale area for decent price, which makes it great value for money. George himself is a great host, very helpful and nice guy. Highly recommended.

    My place is close to Adelaide city centre & King William Road precinct with great restaurants & shops. It is conveniently located 5 mins from the city, close to Unley Shopping Centre, buses & King William Road tram stop. It is easy to jump on the tram to either Glenelg, Adelaide Showgrounds or to the city to the Central Market or the footy at Adelaide Oval. It is an upstairs secure unit, with designated off street parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers.
    It's a great, quiet neighbourhood in a beautiful part of Adelaide, close to the parklands for strolls into the city. My unit is also close to the Adelaide Showgrounds, only a short tram ride away or about a 30 minute walk. The tram will also take you straight into the city, to explore Adelaide Central Market, or for the sports fans, to Adelaide Oval.

    “Lovely space in a beautiful area, incredibly convenient for an Adelaide stay, with super hosts” Hart Studio is a self-contained guesthouse in the leafy inner Adelaide suburb of Unley, just minutes walk from vibrant King William Road with its trendy boutiques and restaurants, and a few mins drive to the Adelaide CBD. The studio has 1 bedroom, a lounge dining/kitchen area, and a small private garden. It is set amidst lush tropical gardens and is a home away from home with everything provided.
    Hart Studio is a self contained one bedroom studio in the Adelaide inner suburb of Unley. It is ideally suited for couples as it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, however the sofa in the separate lounge / dining area is easily converted into a double bed if guests have children with them. The Studio is unique because it is ideally located in a beautiful city-fringe suburb that combines sophisticated shopping, bars and restaurants with proximity to the city (Adelaide CBD is a 5 minute drive away, and there are buses and trams available just a short walk away on Unley Road and King William Road). It is also ideally located for the Adelaide Showground at Wayville. On street parking is available on Hart Avenue (please park outside the main house).     So many things - where to start? Our favourite things about the Unley / Hyde Park area are: Proximity to Adelaide. We like to walk or cycle to the Adelaide CBD but there are also frequent buses and trams, and it's a five minute drive away. Shopping in Unley shopping centre or the boutique fashion and homewares stores on King William Road, The selection of cafes, bars and restaurants that are just a few minutes walk away (both on Unley Road and King William Road) that include Asian, Indian, Italian, Modern Australian and so many other cuisines. It's about 20 minutes drive to Glenelg and slightly longer to other stylish and fun beach suburbs such as Henley Beach and Brighton. It's also just 45 minutes drive to McLaren Vale with its stunning wineries, and not much further in the other direction to Barossa Valley.     This fully self-contained one bedroom apartment has a private entrance facing the street and a large fenced back courtyard. It is one of 4 apartments in a quiet residental area. In the bedroom - a comfy double bed with new floor to ceiling mirrored robes and a gorgeous view to the back courtyard garden in particular the 50 year old orange tree. The bespoke kitchen retains the original baltic pine cabinets and introduces a new chest and appliances. The bathroom is spanking brand new and charming. The lounge is spacious with smart tv and futon single bed and optional portable fold out bed upon request. The back verandah now houses a dining room off which is a small laundry. Outdoor seating in the court yard and clothes line for air drying. Street parking literally at the front door. Built in 1938, it remains a fine example of the Interwar Residential Architectural style of Old English Apartments. I have lived in next door for over 20 years, raised my sons here and laughed and loved here. And recently I restored this apartment with passion, sheer grit and determination so that it would shine and be a beautiful space for you to stay. It is a genuine place that reeks of warmth, honesty, and down to earth homeliness.
    Long before British and European settlement in the middle of the nineteenth century in South Australia, long before Unley was conceived in 1840, the land which is my neighbourhood today was called the Black Forest and belonged to the indigenous Kaurna people. The native bushland that existed then has been nearly lost. With settlement came farming, market gardens and orchards. Ironically Whistler who is credited with naming Unley lived on Brownhill Creek at a site which is known today as Heywood Park. It is worth a wander to see the only remaining stand of grey box woodland which remain there from the Black Forest. Heywood Park is a leisurely stroll past coffee shops and the Hyde Park Tavern. You can soak up local architecture along the way. I love walking to Unley Shopping Centre at the end of Thomas Street through the Memorial Gardens on the corner of Unley Road. It is magical at night with the fairy lights adorning the Rotunda. Around Advent the lawns are blanketed in a carpet of jacaranda petals - the colour is a glorious mauve/blue and will simply take your breath away. The Soldiers Memorial Gardens were opened in 1921 to commemorate the loss of life in World War I and to mark the end of War - “ the war to end all wars". On a Sunday morning I love walking past St Spyridon Greek Church in Oxford St next to the Unley Village Green - the bells ring out loud and clear. Or sometimes I venture a little further to the Unley Oval where if energy prevails I break out into a slow trot - life is so good. Unley is an inner suburb of Adelaide 1.5km south of the CBD. For me, one of the joys of working in the City was an early morning walk to work. It only takes 35 minutes. The highlight was walking along King William Road and reaching Greenhill Road where the Glenelg/Entertainment Centre tram stops. Sometimes I would take the free tram into Halifax street or beyond to Victoria Square where I would get off and run into the Central market for a hot coffee and Haighs Choccy. More often I would delight in the stretch of South Parklands listening for birdsong and delight in sheer beauty of it all. I could go on and on. But best to stop here with an invitation to see for yourself. Unley is central to to beaches and hills - its a starting point for seeing all that South Australia has to offer. God speed!

    Very modern and comfortable with lots of space and fully equipped kitchen. The townhouse is in the beautiful and much sought after suburb of Parkside. The city centre is just a 5 min bus ride away, roughly a 15minute walk. Many popular restaurants, pubs, and retail shopping within walking distance.
    Guests will have access to master bathroom, and a separate lounge area only used by one other tenant. All rooms have ducted air conditioning. The bedroom can accommodate an additional guest for an extra$20/night. The townhouse has a very modern and spacious kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you would need, there is a modern washer/drier (free) and workout space. On nearby Unley Road and in the surrounding area there are hundreds of popular restaurants, pubs, shopping and retail outlets. There is a major shopping centre and swimming pool within walking distance. The Adelaide CBD is only a 5 minute bus ride away, and the bus stop is just across the road. It would take roughly 15 minutes to walk to the CBD. It is only a short walk to the free tram to town, or to take the tram to beachside Glenelg. Hi Speed WIFI is available.

Please review the following description carefully before booking with us, to ensure your needs are met. Our unit is equiped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. However, it is not luxury accommodation and would not be described as spacious. Facilities include a Carpark, 3 single beds, sofa bed, Unlimited WiFi NBN, Washer/Dryer, Full Kitchen, Dining Area & TV.
    Our place sleeps three (seperate single beds), but can accommodate up to four guests with under-bed pull out mattress, this needs to be arranged prior to arrival.   • I found this gem of a place and from day one Holly took the time to check on me, ask me if I felt comfortable and I really felt at home. The location is really good really close to the city and shops around Unley. The neighborhood is super quiet and beautiful. I really liked staying at Holly’s place and meeting Tim and Holly’s son Huck and their beautiful and friendly dog Banjo. I wanted to explore Australian culture from a family point of view. I’m traveling because of work and I liked it so much I’m gonna stay here two more months.

    This beautiful studio apartment is totally self contained. It is close to the city, the parks, fabulous shopping precincts and an easy drive to South Australia's world famous wine regions. It is perfect for couples, solo travellers, and business trips.
    The coach house is totally self contained with its own access. The hosts live next door and are available to assist guests should they need anything at all. Guests are generally greeted by the hosts but if arriving very early or very late a key can be left securely.
    Malvern is one of Adelaide's charming 19th century suburbs with a lot of magnificent architecture in the area to enjoy. The coach house is minutes from charming 19th century public building including a library and the historic Unley oval. A 10 minute walk will have you in lovely Adelaide parklands which are in the city of Adelaide.

  • Josephine was a most gracious hostess and her coach house a stunning place from which to explore the delights of nearby Unley Road and King William Road, as well as greater Adelaide and surrounding areas. Josephine even suggested places of interest to visit during our stay, which was most appreciated. Being close to Unley Road means that traffic noise may be noticeable at times, but this is slight and a minor trade off for being in such close proximity to some very good shopping, cafes and restaurants. It was nice to be close to the CBD but not right in it and we'd certainly consider staying at the Cremorne Street Coach House again.

  • The Coach House is an absolute delight. Josephine is a thoughtful and helpful host, nothing was too much trouble! The property is very private, and beautifully furnished. The large shower and comfortable beds are a big plus! The little touches (Champagne, sparkling water, extra towels, breakfast provisions) were lovely. Being able to bring our small dog and use the gorgeous pool (on a 43 degree day) were added bonuses and very much appreciated. Despite the close proximity to Unley Road, we didn’t hear any traffic/ noise! Lovely places to walk, with shops and eateries in close proximity. Highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a comfortable, stylish apartment to call Home for a few days, or longer!

  • Josephine's place was one of a kind! Clean, well maintained, nicely decorated to the smallest of things and had almost all the necessities provided! Simple breakfast was provided and communication was excellent! Really speedy replies! Our family felt well settled into the coach house and we would love to come back to Josephine's place again! Only thing that may be a bit of an issue for families with kids is that the kitchen is a little less easy to work with. Other than that, I think Josephine's place is an excellent choice for accoms in adelaide!

The cottage was incredibly well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great position to access everything in Adelaide. It is 30 seconds from the Clyde Hotel , 2 minutes from a bus stop into town ( takes 8 minutes) or bus to the Unley shopping centre ( about 5 minutes). It is also 2 minutes from a diverse number of restaurants on Unley Rd and 5 minutes walk to the parklands. Access to Adelaide oval buses run every 15 - 30 minutes

  • Josie and Shane's house is very spacious and comfortable, which looks much better than the pictures in the page. My bedroom has a big glass door leading to a yard with green plants. Also, there are a refrigerator, a desk, a television and even a big cloakroom in the room. Josie and Shane are hospitable and helped me know a lot about Adelaide.   • Unley Retreat is my new favourite place to stay in Adelaide. The property is beautiful, and the attention to detail is unparalleled. The hosts are lovely, friendly and professional and made sure that our stay was perfect. These guys know real hospitality. We instantly felt right at home and did not want to leave! It's difficult to pick a highlight. But the log fire and shower were amazing. The central location of the property was also ideal and seconds away from some of Adelaide's best coffee, the home of the famous pickle sandwich from Pickle in the Middle and a fabulous pilates studio. I now have a second home in Adelaide! A very big thank you to our hosts.

  • We were very happy with our stay in Madhan's townhouse. We were a family group of 5 and the space worked brilliantly for us. Plenty of room, everything worked and the townhouse was beautifully clean. Madhan had left some essentials ( coffee, tea, milk, fruit) for us which was a nice touch, together with showering essentials in the bathroom. The location is brilliant - a few minutes walk fro the many cafes and restaurants on King William Road. Thanks Madhan - we'll be back!

  • The unit was exactly as in the photos on the website. It was very clean and tidy. It was warm and well kept. The Host sent us very accurate information regarding how to find the Unit. The unit is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Takes about 10-15 minutes to drive into the city. There are also buses and tram access not far from the place. The was accessible and always responded to calls and messages. We had a young child and he was very kind and offered a later check out as our flight out was in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

  • It's a nice place to stay if traveling with a family. We have a 6 month old, 9 and 12 year old. Madhan had the portacot setup on arrival as well as a high chair. The older kids loved the bunk bed set up. Only downside was we arrived on Adelaide's hottest night and the upstairs aircon didn't pump out much cool air... I think it needed a clean and service. Luckily it cooled down for the rest of our stay.

  • From the moment we stepped through the door we felt right at home. Jacqui has all the little things you may need or forget to make any length of stay welcoming and comfortable. The decor is lovely, the beds and bedding are perfect. Jacqui provided fresh milk and eggs, the fridge and pantry are very well stocked. The small touches and extensive info made our stay fantastic and we didn't want to leave. The location is great, a short walk or drive to Unley road for dinner, drinks, shops and supermarkets. The bus stop is at the end of the street and takes you straight into town down Hutt street. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this to our friends.

  • Jacqui’s beautiful townhouse is in a great location - very close to the city centre; yet in a very quiet, peaceful and safe street. A well-maintained and immaculately clean house that has been tastefully decorated, adequately furnished, well-equipped, cosy and comfortable. It also has a great courtyard with an outdoor setting to enjoy a nice relaxing cuppa on a beautiful sunny day! Although we were unable to meet Jacqui in person, she was extremely prompt in her communication. The arrangements at Jacqui’s place were so comfortable that we felt at home and we thank her for making our stay so enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Adelaide!

    These stone fronted maisonette homes are a mirror image of each other. They both have 3 bedrooms and can accomodate 6 people. If you are looking for a place for a big group, but don't need to live on top of each other, this is your place. They are fully equipped homes, with everything you will need to cook and each have two loungerooms for when you all just need a bit more space. Located in the City fringe suburb of Parkside. The suburb is close to the parklands and other great facilities.

The twin period style houses are a delight - well maintained, clean, very comfortable, good facilities with thoughtful touches and original artwork . Set in an elegant, quiet leafy neighborhood, they are perfectly located close to the CBD, walking distance to parks, local bars, fine restaurants and only 30min to the beach via a safe bike path but all and regions beyond also easily accessible by car.

  • Ambler cottage was an amazing home away from home. We felt so comfortable and had everything we needed. It was such a beautifully renovated home with a stunning vine covered rear deck that was beautifully private and lovely for Autumn dinners. It was in such a great spot, quiet, private and had a home for our car. It was also less than 100 metres to some lovely restaurants. The showers had great pressure, the security was great and info provided was perfect.
