Enjoy a unique Brooklyn artist experience in our modern, sun-filled room. Located in a renovated warehouse in the heart of Greenpoint/Williamsburg. Only 20 mins to Manhattan, close to the L train & G train, ONE stop from Manhattan!
Our neighborhood is known for incredible restaurants, shopping, coffee, juices, parks, and nightlife. We have the famous Five Leaves, Wythe Hotel, East River Ferry, and McCarren park nearby. Our home is truly a local's only experience!
We welcome friendly, open minded, and easy going people who are open to sharing our home with us. If you prefer to have your own private space and a hotel-like service, then we encourage you to look for hotels in the area or 'entire apartments' instead of a private room.
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW BEFORE BOOKING WITH US AND ASKING ANY QUESTIONS! Most of your questions can be answered in this listing.
We try to cover everything in this listing to be SUPER clear and to meet all expectations.
THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM THAT IS SHARED WITH OTHERS!
This is our personal home, NOT a hotel, that we open up and share with our guests. We love sharing our home, our experiences, and meeting new people, but our home is NOT for those who expect a completely private, entire home at a "cheaper" rate. Our home is not for everyone, but we do our best to accommodate our guests in every way. If you are someone who prefers a completely private place with hotel-like service, our home is not for you so please don't book our home. Seriously.
PLEASE SELECT TWO GUESTS WHEN BOOKING FOR TWO PEOPLE!
Make sure you select TWO guests in that drop-down. We do charge a small fee for the extra guest, which helps us keep this listing at a lower price than comparable establishments around us. This helps us with the extra cost of taxes, utilities, amenities, and supplies that we offer.
TWO GUESTS MAX:
We have a strict two-guest-per-booking maximum and do not allow extra guests to sleep in the living room, or below the loft. So, if you aren't comfortable sharing a bed with your traveling partner, this place probably isn't for you. Our place is not suitable for babies or children, so please don’t ask.
We have a strict cancellation policy, no exceptions (including health & weather). Make sure to read everything before you book. If you need to cancel for ANY reason, you are agreeing to our refund policy by booking.
We expect all our guests to be able to communicate with us before and during their stay in a timely manner. If this is your first time using Airbnb, download the app so you can get up to date messaging. There will be moments every now and then where we may have to reach out about the apartment, or check in to see if everything is okay. This is important during your stay with us, so please keep that in mind when booking.
We want to be respectful of everyone's sleeping schedule. We ask you to be considerate of noise between 10pm-9am. We don't care how late you are out, or how early you wake up, you can come and go at whatever time you please. But seriously, don't be on your phone, talking loud, playing music, leaving lights on, etc., when you come in late/early or slamming doors when you come in/out.
Discounts are automatically applied if you are staying longer than a week or months. Do not ask us for any additional discounts. We have fantastic hotels nearby that start at $500+ per night if you prefer that.
WE HAVE ANOTHER ROOM FOR SOLO TRAVELERS ONLY:
Have a look at our other, one guest maximum, Airbnb listing within the same apartment with a 5-STAR rating and reviews for a cheaper rate! Also not suitable for babies or children.
BEFORE YOU CLICK THAT "INSTANT BOOK" WITH US...
We assume that once you book with us, you have read everything here– agree to our “house rules” at the bottom of this listing and agree with the expectations. We have full rights to cancel your reservation if you do not abide to our rules. We appreciate it and look forward to having you stay with us!

A spacious 4 bedroom loft-style home with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The space in quite large for New York City and the room has east facing windows which provides tons of light that most New York spaces won't have. The apartment is thoughtfully curated and designed with handmade furniture by us, mid-century interior aesthetics, plants, art, and vintage goods. You'll also have access to our rooftop with a gorgeous skyline view.
You'll be close to a weekend farmer's market at the park, tons of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. We are also close to plenty of options for gyms, salons, spas, grocery stores, deli's, convenience stores, late night snack spots, and more! Everything is walking distance and the neighborhood is incredibly safe (there's a neighborhood police station a few blocks away).
Greenpoint has so many sweeping views of NYC's skyline in different parks and bars around us. You'll be minutes walking distance to the G train and L train, the ferry, or the bus.
Our home is our sanctuary. It is peaceful and always kept clean. We expect you, as our guests, to respect our home in the same way.
LOCATED IN THE HEART OF GREENPOINT/WILLIAMSBURG:
Home to a large Polish-American community, Brooklyn's evolving Greenpoint neighborhood is a residential area with hipster appeal. Traditional Polish shops and restaurants share the streets with trend-setting eateries, bars and live music venues. Galleries and artist studios are found in converted warehouses. The revitalized East River waterfront has parks and new high-rises with sweeping views of midtown Manhattan. The East River Ferry is a nice walk with great shops, bars, cafes along the way on Franklin Ave. The Ferry can take you to Dumbo, Manhattan (8 min ride), or Long Island City in just minutes!
Traditional Polish restaurants serve pierogi and borscht near sleek eateries that dish out modern cuisine. Inexpensive dive bars and cushy cocktail dens coexist in harmony, and small boutiques do business alongside massive vintage shops. The neighborhood’s biggest draw is its coffee-and-doughnut scene—with 60-year-old Peter Pan Donut & Pastry Shop leading the pack.
The apartment is located in a quiet area just tucked away from the noisy streets of Bedford Ave, Williamsburg and Manhattan Ave, Greenpoint. Some of Brooklyn's hidden secrets are just around the corner.
If you want to be close to the city but away from the noise, our place is PERFECT for you! It is extremely SAFE and friendly!
