Shared garden for shared use. Shopping & train station can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

The guest card is mandatory and costs an additional 5 CHF per person over 12 years of age and per night.

Very nice and bright 4 ½ room apartment (built in 2012) in a sunny and quiet residential area on the upper edge of the village of Scuol. The "Motta-Naluns" ski resort can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. A few minutes' walk to the center of Scuol, the "Trü" sports facility and the "Bogn Engiadina Scuol" adventure pool. From the spacious south balcony you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. 1 garage parking space is available for the guests.

Thanks to four bedrooms, eight sleeping accommodations and three parking spaces, the holiday apartment is ideally suited for larger groups.

The apartment is at ground level and without thresholds, so easily accessible even for older and/or disabled people. The apartment is in a detached house and has its own patio. Located on the outskirts of the village of Müstair, in the idyllic Biosfera Val Müstair, the great outdoors, the shopping facilities, restaurants and the St. Johann monastery are a few minutes' walk away.

Geographically, the house Grava in Susch is an ideal location to explore the entire Engadin valley by car or train. St.Moritz in the Upper Engadin, Scuol in the Lower Engadin and Davos across the Flüela pass are 30 to 45 minutes away. A train journey to Zürich airport lasts less than 3 hours.
