Treehouse holiday rentals in Bocas del Toro Province

Ataraxia is pure magic and exceeded our expectations in every way. We rented out the whole lodge to host a yoga retreat with 12 of us total. Communication from Pierre and Manon was fantastic throughout and they took really good care of us — ready to help order us boat taxis, recommend us things to do, or answer any question at any time. The rooms and cabins were spacious, cozy and kept really clean. We had use of kayaking and snorkel gear as well, which everyone loved. At the top of the hill, the yoga shala overlooked the sea and was a wonderful place to practice and teach in. We were even able to spot a sloth and her baby a few times. Perhaps our favourite thing, though, was the food. We had 6 vegan lunches and dinners and we were sooo impressed by the variety of meals and how delicious every dish was. Being able to order a glass of wine with dinner was a nice touch, too. We loved our whole stay. We’ll be back!!

Fantastische jungle-ervaring, familiale sfeer, leuk om andere gasten te leren kennen, gezellig samen aan tafel, lekker eten, goede cocktails, prachtige natuur. Tof dat je de kayaks (of de cayuco) gratis mag gebruiken. Leuke hike naar de heuveltop. Helaas geen dolfijnen gezien tijdens ons verblijf maar gelukkig hadden we er al gezien tijdens een tour. Qua wildlife "enkel" luiaards kunnen spotten in de tuin en howler monkeys gehoord in de verte. We verbleven slechts 2 nachten, dat mochten er gerust nog enkele meer zijn. De hut die we hadden is heel origineel, prachtig gebouwd rond een grote boom en leuk ingericht. Enige minpuntje was het "wakke" bed en kussen, maar dat zal waarschijnlijk aan de vochtige jungle liggen. De "open" badkamer is een unieke ervaring ! Ons verblijf was een highlight van onze reis door Panama!

This place is absolutely amazing, everything about it. One of my favorite places I’ve been to in the world. I could not get enough of the coral reef. I’d highly highly recommend this to any nature lover who doesn’t mind a rustic experience. However, If bugs are an issue for you, maybe skip, as you will get covered in bites.

La Finca Montezuma è un piccolo paradiso immerso nel verde. Qui il tempo scorre lentamente e se quello che cerchi è un’esperienza unica a contatto con la natura, questa è l’esperienza giusta per te. Puoi avvistare bradipi, uccelli e ascoltare il verso delle scimmie nella deliziosa casa sull’albero oppure sul molo dotato di amache per rilassarsi e leggere un buon libro. Abbiamo potuto utilizzare gratuitamente i kayak a disposizione per fare un bel giro nella baia dei delfini. Dorien è stata molto ospitale e pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste, abbiamo anche fatto il tour del cioccolato e abbiamo potuto scoprire i diversi processi dall’albero alla cioccolata e immergerci nel loro fantastico mondo. La cabaña está en un lugar idílico y tienes la sensación de estar solo en el mundo en mitad de la jungla. Recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera. A 5 minutos andando de Old Bank y en el camino a Wizard Beach. Les pedimos que cuidarán de nuestro equipaje y se ofrecieron sin problema alguno. Además nos llevaron a la siguiente isla en su barca y nos ayudaron con la bolsa. Recomendado a cualquiera!!!!

Excelente, un lugar hermoso en medio de la selva, a 15 min del centro de bocas. Tenías café para servirte en cualquier momento, un lugar tranquilo, limpio. Lo super recomiendo.

My wife and I absolutely loved Christy & Walter's Airbnb. It was absolutely perfect. Host's were very responsive to questions and provided many suggestions for various questions. The Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The locals were friendly and provided many recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our 36th anniversary. This Airbnb checked all the boxes we were looking for. Best of Airbnb. We hope to visit some time soon

de woonkamer keek uit op de jungle, wat fantastisch was! het was wel laagseizoen toen wij er waren, dus het was niet mogelijk om te ontbijten of een yogaklas te volgen, alsnog heb je zelf toegang tot deze ruimte en kun je dit zelf doen. alles kwam overeen met hoe het vantevoren beschreven is, veel trappen en midden in het groen van de jungle! savonds en bij het wakker worden hoor je de howler apen en als je geluk hebt zie je ze ook! wat een bijzondere ervaring. het verblijf is wat verder weg van het centrum maar met het huren van een scooter is dit opgelost. het contact met verhuurder is goed, vooral via app wat prima werkt. we hebben een uniek verblijf gehad met schitterende uitzichten!

10/10. Perfect location. 2 min walk to the best surf break in Bocas. Adorable cabin. Will be back! David was super accommodating, let us check in early and always responsive.
